When You Can Get a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 14 days of purchase.
- No credits from the package have been used.
- A verified technical issue prevented use of the service.
What's Not Refundable
Refunds are not available when:
- Credits have already been used to generate outputs.
- You are unhappy with subjective artistic results.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- Your account was terminated for terms violations.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order number.
- Briefly describe the issue.
- We respond within 5–7 business days.
Credits and Subscriptions
Credits are non-expiring unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime.
A Note on Output Quality
Output quality depends on audio clarity and chosen visual packs. We recommend testing with preview clips first.

We may consider exceptions case-by-case at our discretion.
